Transitions Without Tantrums

IT'S TIP TUESDAY!!

If you have a toddler or young child then you know that their concept of time seems to come from a completely different universe. When dealing with time and transitions between activities it is helpful to know that young children tend to respond best when given a simple verbal message or instruction (the fewer words the better) paired with a visual tool.
