Refund Policy

We want you to succeed and we know that our programs work. If you fully commit to implementing the plan outlined during your Consultation, then, with our support, you WILL reach your goals. We are 100% confident in our services and want you to be completely confident in us. We will do our best to provide a wonderful experience. We encourage you to discuss any issues or concerns you may have regarding the scheduling process, the actual program as well as the implementation of the program with the team members at Sleepless in Nola, LLC prior to requesting a refund. You can do that here. We are here to help you and happy to do so. 

 

Refunds for the Silver, Gold, or Gold Siblings Packages must be requested within 2 weeks of the Package purchase date as long as no Consultations or Support Calls have been scheduled or rendered, and if so, a full refund will be issued. However, a $50 administrative fee will be charged. All monies shall be refunded back to the original credit card (via Square) on which the Package was purchased minus the $50 administrative fee. If a Consultation has been booked, within 2 weeks of purchasing the Package, but the Consultation is canceled without rescheduling, see Cancellation Fee and Policy for further information. 

 

Consulting services can be booked at your leisure within 8 weeks from the time of purchase of a Silver, Gold, or Gold Siblings Package. Unused Consulting services are not redeemable past the 8 week time frame and any monies shall not be refunded once the Package has expired.  

 

Support Calls can be booked at your leisure within 8 weeks from the time of purchase of a Silver, Gold, or Gold Siblings Package. Unused Support Calls are not redeemable past the 8 week time frame and any monies shall not be refunded once the Package has expired.

 

The Silver, Gold, or Gold Siblings Package (including the Consultation and Support Calls), if unused at 8 weeks after purchase, is non-transferable to another party.

 

The fee for the Silver, Gold, or Gold Siblings Packages shall not be refunded once the service of the Consultation or Support Call(s) has/have been rendered (via phone or Zoom). If the entire Consultation time of an hour, two-hour, or four-hour service (respectively for the Silver, Gold, and Gold Siblings Package) is not completed, it may be requested to be completed at a later date to be decided upon by both parties (Sleepless in NOLA, LLC and the client).

 

If it is chosen not to move further with the program or utilize the Support Calls included in the price of the program, a partial refund for the cost of the Support calls may be requested. The amount of the refund will be determined by Sleepless in Nola, LLC on a case by case basis. 

 

If all suggestions from the Consultation and Support Calls have been implemented and it is decided that you are unhappy with your success and progress, Sleepless in Nola, LLC may issue a partial refund on a case by case basis, the amount which will be determined by Sleepless in NOLA, LLC. The practices and advice must be implemented for at least 30 days before it can be determined that a service does not work or is unsuccessful. If you exhibit the behavior of a “bad client” as stated in your Client Expectation Agreement, and you are “fired” as a result, all payments will be forfeited and no refund shall be issued.

 

 

Cancellation Fee & Policy

 

Your time is valuable to us. Each time a client misses an appointment without providing proper notice, another client is prevented from receiving desired services. 

 

Packages: If you have purchased a package and have not booked an initial consultation call, refunds can be requested within 2 weeks of the package purchase date. After 2 weeks of time have passed from the date of the Package purchase and/or once the initial Consultation Call is booked, all sales are final. 

 

Consultations: Once the initial Silver, Gold, or Gold Siblings Consultation call has been booked, cancellations and rescheduling made 7 or more days in advance of the consult date can be made at no additional charge.

 

Cancellations made less than 7 days of the initial Silver or Gold Consultation date will incur a $150 fee.

 

Cancellations made less than 12 hours of the initial Silver, Gold, or Gold Siblings scheduled Consultation Call will incur a $350 fee that will be automatically charged to the vaulted credit card on file because other clients will be prevented from booking a Consultation. Cancellations due to medical reasons and those given with enough notice will be addressed on a case by case basis. 

 

Cancellations made less than 12 hours of the Support Call will incur a $50 fee that will be automatically charged to the vaulted credit card on file because other clients will be prevented from booking a Call. Cancellations due to medical reasons and those given with enough notice will be addressed on a case by case basis. 

 

No-Show Appointments (for the initial Consultation Call) will not be redeemable for future appointments and will be canceled. There will be a fee of $450 for No-Show Appointments. 

 

No-Show Appointments (for the Support Calls) will incur a $100 No-Show Fee but remaining Support Calls can be redeemed.
