IT'S TIP TUESDAY!
Try the following:
☑️Hold him upright for 30 minutes after a feed. ☑️Change his feeds to right after a nap rather than right before. ☑️Talk to your pediatrician about silent reflux - this is where a baby is experiencing reflux but the milk is not coming all the way up and out of the mouth as spit up so most parents don't know it is happening.
